Cancellation policy

You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with consumer law, www.konsumentlagen.se. The only condition is that the item must be returned in its original condition, meaning it has not been used and remains in substantially unchanged condition. Any packaging must also be included. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be contacted via email. The refund to your payment card will be processed at the same time.

In the event of an incorrect delivery, please contact us directly via email, and a return label will be sent to you immediately. This label must be used for your return. Other return shipping costs will not be reimbursed. You are responsible for the item until it has been returned to Sidenkompaniet. You do not have the right of withdrawal if the item cannot be returned due to its condition. Unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
